Craig Wilson, J.D., Ph.D., President and Chief Executive Officer, founded the company based on his experiences as a high school math teacher, academic technologist, university professor**, and college administrator. A visionary with a flair for execution, Dr. Wilson also designed online college degree programs for higher education institutions.

Richard Parrott, Ph.D., Chief Information Officer, has experience as a software engineer, business intelligence consultant, and university professor**. Dr. Parrott is active in numerous technological associations and published reviews for professional journals.

George Timmons, Ph.D., Vice President of Business Development, Northeast Region, has over 10 years experience as leader in higher education. Most specifically, he is acutely aware of the issues schools and organizations need to be prepared for in order to successfully implement a Virtual Campus. Some of these issues include policies, distance learning leadership, online instructional development, outcomes assessment, and online student support services.

Jeff Younger, B.S., Vice President of Business Development, Middle Atlantic Region, is a former Microsoft Corporation business development manager. He held several key positions during his tenure with Microsoft in Redmond, Washington, with the final and most pivotal position being Microsoft’s NSP (Network Service Providers) ASP.NET Product Manager. Jeff is a seasoned executive with a record of accomplishment in contributing to the revenue growth of enterprise services and software ventures.

Tizziana Valdivieso de Carmona, M.Ed., M.A., Director of Virtual Campus en Español, has experience teaching multi-lingual students in U.S. and international universities. She is a Fulbright-LASPAU scholar with a strong background in higher education systems, Spanish language and culture.

Shall M. Wallis, Director of Online Training, has over 17 years experience as a computer technology instructor. She has taught hardware installation procedures, software operations, software quality assurance testing and validation (in which she won the Bramley Quality Assurance award), and is well versed in popular software operational programs including Linux and Unix.

Terence Armentano, M.Ed., Director of Instructional Design, has been working in the field of online education for over 5 years as a senior instructional designer, faculty trainer, online instructor, and multimedia specialist. Terence has developed online training programs for a major university, has published on the topic, and has presented at several national conferences on instructional design and training.
